QUALITY POLICY

We at ELBO CONTROLLI s.r.l., in accordance with our company philosophy, believe that the quality of our products and services is represented by the characteristics that allow them to meet the expectations of those who use them.

In consideration of the context in which we operate, in full respect of the trust obtained up to now by customers, we consider the following principles to be fundamental:

To achieve these objectives, we undertake operating in accordance with the following guidelines:

  • Understanding the needs of the national and international      market, listening to the needs of our sales network, but also the      operators of mechanical workshops all over the world

  • Compliance with the applicable mandatory requirements for our      products and services, as well as for all other technical/organizational      requirements (worker health and safety, environmental protection, privacy,      ...)

  • The controlled management of company processes, to guarantee      their performance

  • The systematic analysis of risks and opportunities related to      system processes, in order to minimize negative impacts and increase the      company's ability to achieve the expected results

  • The provision of the resources necessary to achieve the      expected results

  • Design and development based on attention to every detail, to      offer original solutions that allow the companies members to work better      and reduce the possibility of making mistakes

  • Teamwork and continuous training and sharing information,      investing to increase our professional skills and have a guarantee of      interchangeability

  • The planned and controlled management of organizational      changes, in order to guarantee the integrity of the system

  • Continuous improvement, with particular attention to the      prevention of non-conformities and disruptions.

The main tool for the implementation of this Policy is the company Quality Management System, developed and implemented in compliance with the requirements of the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, made up of all the resources we have and the activities we put into in place in order to guarantee the achievement of the pre-established.

In fact, materials, projects, processes and behaviors contribute to maintaining a certain level of product and service quality, which ultimately constitutes the aim of the company, which in order to be competitive must obtain the customer's trust.
